Create a WIN Reality account on the next page. You’ll use this login info for the App and dashboard.
Set up your WIN Player Profile in the dashboard. You can also purchase the optional bat attachment there.
Download the WIN Reality app from the Meta Store and use your login info. You will purchase your membership there.

Players can purchase the WIN Reality Bat Attachment, which enables them to swing their real world bat in our virtual training environment.

- Is this compatible with the Meta Quest 2?
  Yes, your subscription will be compatible with both the Quest and Quest 2.
- Do I need any other equipment?
  Nope! Only a Quest or Quest 2 with an active internet connection.
- Do I need the 128 GB or 256 GB Quest?
  The WIN Series application takes up less than 2 GB storage space. The 128 GB option will be a more than sufficient option!
- Where can I get a Quest?
  We recommend the Meta store here.
- How do I use the batting practice and situational hitting modes?
  In order to swing your bat in our two hitting modes, you’ll need to purchase the WIN Reality Bat Attachment! You can purchase one while selecting your membership option on our site.
- Can kids use WIN Reality?
  Users need to be 13+ to use a Meta Quest according to Facebook’s guidelines.
- How can I see it before I buy?
  Head over to WIN U and experience the different practice programs we offer, and our recommendations on how to best use WIN Reality.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
  While we hope this isn’t something you ever consider, you can cancel your monthly membership at any time. Head over to the billing section of your user profile in the WIN Reality Dashboard and you’ll be able to cancel there.
