How is SmartPark data captured?

Data is collected in a live environment using a combination of bat sensors and fixed optical cameras.

SmartPark captures more than 125 performance metrics for every at-bat. This includes the following.

  • 12 Bat Sensor Metrics
  • 88 Ball Metrics
  • 12 Biomechanic Metrics
  • 35 Game Metrics

SmartPark is built on MLB-grade tracking and validated sensor inputs. Accuracy is comparable to the technology used in professional performance environments.

The SmartPark system is comprised of both hardware and software components, including:

  • Fixed Optical Camera System
  • Bat Sensors
  • Automated scoring integration
  • Gameday app access for players and families
  • Software access to our Coaching Dashboard & Operators Hub
  • Free on-site installation (of fixed camera system)

WIN provides free on-site installation. Once installed, SmartPark runs automatically using your schedule and normal game workflows.

SmartPark data is available in real time during games through the WIN SmartPark app for players, families, and fans. Following each game, athletes use their performance data inside WIN Training tools, coaches analyze team and player results in the WIN Coaching Dashboard, parents receive postgame reports, and recruiters access verified SmartPark data through the WIN Recruiter portal for player evaluation.
