Typically, completing your account is done immediately after confirming your purchase. If you need to finish your account set up or change any of the information you entered, follow these steps.

1. From a mobile device or computer, go to dashboard.winreality.com
2. Log in with the email and password you used to create your account:
   • Click “I’M SETTING UP WIN FOR PLAYERS” if you will not be the primary user for the experience
   • Click “I’M A PLAYER”, to set up the experience for yourself
3. Complete the account profile
4. Click “ADD PLAYER” to set up additional profiles under your account. Each account can have up to four (4) profiles.

Once you’ve completed the account set up, you will land on the WIN Reality dashboard. Here you can change payment information, contact info, and order additional equipment.

NOTE: When setting up your headset for the first time, Meta will require you to create an account. A Meta account and login is separate from your WIN Reality account and login. Your WIN Reality login is used exclusively for accessing the WIN Reality app on the Meta Quest platform and the WIN Reality mobile app.
