  • TrainVR: A Meta Quest 2 or Quest 3 headset, the WIN Reality app (free download from the Meta Quest Store), a subscription plan, and enough space to swing safely.
  • SwingAI: Just your smartphone. Download the app, record your swing, and get AI-powered feedback instantly.
  • Ultimate Hitter Pack: Includes both TrainVR and SwingAI plus a bat attachment and optional headset bundle. Everything you need in one box.

WIN Reality runs on the Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3, and Meta Quest 3S. Both headsets are fully supported and give you access to the same training content and drills.

You need enough room to take a full swing safely. Set up your Meta Quest guardian boundary before each session so the headset warns you if you step outside your safe zone.

Setup is straightforward:

  3. Set your guardian boundary in an open area.

SwingAI is WIN Reality’s AI-powered mobile swing analysis app. Record your swing on your phone, and SwingAI breaks it down with instant coaching feedback scoring your mechanics and showing you exactly what to work on. No VR headset needed.

Open the SwingAI app, set your phone at the recommended angle (the app guides you), and record your swing. The AI analyzes the video and delivers instant coaching feedback.

SwingAI scores rate key areas of your swing mechanics on a clear scale. Each score pinpoints what’s working and what needs adjustment, so you know exactly where to focus your next round of reps.

Every SwingAI report includes an interactive 3D model of your swing, helping you visualize your movements from multiple angles. The model highlights how each part of your swing compares to optimal ranges for that dimension—making it easy to spot where you’re in sync and where small adjustments can lead to big results.

Drills in SwingAI are automatically selected based on your lowest-scoring swing dimensions—and give you a training plan in the areas where your swing deviates most from proven movement patterns used by elite hitters.

Equipment and setup

Do I need the Bat Attachment?

The bat attachment is optional but recommended. It clips onto your Meta Quest controller so you can swing with a more natural bat feel in VR. Most serious hitters prefer it for realistic training reps.

The WIN short bat is a compact training bat designed for VR use. It gives you a realistic weight and grip without needing a full-length bat in your training space. Visit winreality.com/shortbat for details.

The bat attachment is designed to work with the Meta Quest controllers. It connects to your controller, not directly to a bat. You can use it on its own or pair it with the WIN short bat for added weight and feel.
