Anyone can now run Challenge Mode Umpiring gets a fair-play upgrade: a new Challenge Mode page in SPO → Gameday lets any SmartPark customer run challenges on a scheduled/started game with LED board stat tracking. Hit the button in Challenge Mode and the challenge animation plays right on the board — same experience players and fans have come to expect from the pros, now available at your park. Availability: Auto-enabled for all SmartPark customers (enterprise to consumer). Game just needs to be scheduled/started in SPO with LED board tracking on.

Swing biomechanics, captured automatically on every hit This is the differentiator competitors don’t have: full swing biomechanics now capture automatically on every ball hit into fair territory (and near the foul lines) at SwingAI-equipped SmartParks. No tagging, no setup. Data shows up in SPO CSV exports for every hit, and directly in the mobile app for anything tagged there. SmartPark Ops: Post-Game Reports

Every game and practice now generates a full report automatically. Your SmartPark data just got a lot more useful. Head to Event History, find the game or practice, and tap Generate Report to get team hitting and pitching summaries plus individual hitter and pitcher cards. This is the kind of readout that makes player development easier and gives tournament attendees something tangible to walk away with. Availability: Available now to all SmartPark customers using SmartParkOps.com. No setup required. Known limitations: SmartPark Ops only at launch. Teams support is planned but not yet available.
