• • Is this compatible with the Oculus Quest 2?

    Yes, your subscription will be compatible with both the Quest and Quest 2.

  • Do I need any other equipment?

    Nope! Only a Quest or Quest 2 with an active internet connection.

  • Do I need the 64 GB or 256 GB Quest?

    The WIN Series application takes up less than 2 GB storage space. The 64 GB option will be a more than sufficient option!

  • Where can I get a Quest?

    We recommend the Oculus store here.

     

  • Will I be billed if my Quest has not arrived?

    Your subscription will begin once the invitation has been sent, or once your trial expires. If you’re having issues with receiving a Quest and need support, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.

  • Is there hitting in the player and parent membership?

    Yes! We’re excited to announce that hitting in VR is just around the corner. Users who subscribe before January 1st, 2021 will receive their first 6 months of hitting for $0. Just use code SWING at checkout! If you want to learn more head over to our hitting page.

  • Can kids use WIN Reality?

    Users need to be 13+ to use an Oculus Quest according to Facebook’s guidelines.

  • Is WIN Reality compatible with other VR Headsets?

    At the moment, the only headsets that can support the WIN Series application are the Oculus Quest and Quest 2.

  • How can I see it before I buy?

    Head over to WIN U and experience the different practice programs we offer, and our recommendations on how to best use WIN Reality.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    While we hope this isn’t something you ever consider, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Head over to the billing section of your user profile in the WIN Reality Dashboard and you’ll be able to cancel there.
